How to Process prepaid Orders:
Payment Verification: Our accounting team will verify your payment once you share the payment screenshot. After confirmation, your order will be officially placed.
Order Forwarding: Once the payment is verified, the order details are sent to the relevant warehouses, requesting them to send the correct items to our nearest office, Amrut Dresses (officially registered under GSTIN: 24AXFPG2088J1ZG).
Quality Check & Packaging: When the products arrive at our office, our dispatch team performs a thorough quality check. After verifying the items with the order slip, the parcel is prepared, and a tracking number is generated. You will receive this tracking number via our WhatsApp support team.
Courier Pickup & Tracking: The parcel is picked up by the assigned courier service on the next working day after booking. You can track your parcel through the respective courier websites (Amazon, Delhivery, DTDC, Flipkart, XpressBees, Blue Dart, etc.) once it is dispatched.
Note: The entire process, from order placement to dispatch, takes a certain amount of time. After dispatch, the delivery time depends on the courier service, which usually takes 2 to 7 days. We kindly request that you avoid placing urgent orders, as the delivery timeline is not within our control after pickup.
How to Process COD Orders:
