Our Policy

• Returns and Exchanges:

  As a standard practice, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that sometimes issues arise. If you have any concerns or reservations about your product, please reach out to us in advance. We are here to help and will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

• Color Variations:

  Please be aware that the color of the fabric shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in screen settings. We make every effort to accurately display colors, but some variation is natural.

• Video Evidence:

  To process any return or exchange request, we require a clear, unedited video of the package being opened. Please ensure that the video:

  • Shows the parcel from top to bottom, left to right, in the condition it was received.
  • Includes a close-up of the tracking number to confirm the parcel’s authenticity.
  • Captures the unpacking process and checks the item against the order.

  A video of this nature can be done in just 60 seconds and is necessary to help us address your request effectively.

• Reporting Issues:

  If you encounter any issues, please register your complaint with us via WhatsApp at +91 7405235350. Include the parcel opening video and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. This will help us address your concern promptly.

• Damaged Products:

  In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a refund or exchange for any items that arrive in a damaged condition.

• Independent Items:

  Please note that if a return or exchange is approved for a specific item, it does not affect other items purchased with it or before/after it. Each item is treated independently regarding returns or exchanges.
